Mystic Candle Blessing by Psychic Angelica

My alter always has 10-15 different colored candles ready to be lit each night as I begin my prayer work. When called by Spirit, I light a certain colored candle alongside a personal prayer request for my client. Sending a blessing to the Creator of All That Is. My work as a Spiritual Advisor and Psychic will continue long after the session has ended with candle lighting and energy healing. 

The burning of candles at your home altar table for spiritual purposes is a practice that dates to the ancient times. For as long as there have been candles, there have been sages and priestesses’ who have believed that a lit candle will connect the physical world with the spiritual realm. 

It is my pleasure to share some of my candle blessings with you to use in your own meditation and prayer practice. 

Orange ~ Orange colored candles represent joy, connection and creativity. Lighting an orange candle will assist you in attracting new people and resources into your life. I will light an orange candle for you if you are desiring a career change or partnership. 

Green ~ Green is the color of abundance and success. It balances the energy of mind, body and spirit. It can also be lit to stimulate fertility. I often light a green candle to assist you with calling in money and getting out of debt. 

Purple ~ Purple candles help develop inner peace. Purple is also the symbol of spirituality. Ancient wisdom holds that the color purple is associated with the third eye. The color purple is steeped in meditation, divination and hidden knowledge. When burned with a silver candle it facilitates communication with those who have crossed over. I will light a purple candle for clients who are wishing to be more open to their own psychic abilities and help with receiving dream visitation from loved ones who are on the other side.

Blue ~ Blue is powerfully healing. it is perfect to light when seeking truth, harmony and guidance. I light blue candles to send the healing power of spirit to those who need wellbeing physically and emotionally. Blue candles are also powerful when lit to help in the healing of the planet and animals. 

Black ~ Black candles are very powerful. They are lit to protect you from negativity and toxic situations. Black candles can be very useful when going through a divorce or any type of loss. They are also very effective when burnt with a white candle. The black candle is also lit to harness the healing energy of the universe. 

Pink ~ This color manifests friendships, love, devotion and faith. It also stimulates forgiveness for self and others. The color of universal love, pink represents the purest form of love. When my client is desiring more loving relationships in their life, a pink candle will be chosen. 

Red ~ Red is deeply rooted in the physical world. Red stimulates energy, vitality, fertility and personal power. It is the color of passion and can be used to call in renewal and birth. 

Brown ~ Brown candles are neutral. They are grounding and provide certainty in uncertain moments. It also can be meditated on to help uncover lost particles. It is the color associated with St. Anthony who is the patron saint of lost things. Brown candle is my go-to for helping a client find what they have lost.

Gold ~ Gold is the very symbol of good fortune. Abundance, prosperity and unexpected income. The burning of a gold candle enhances communication with the universe as it attracts positive cosmic influences.
