They still look down from a high place, surrounded by their wands, but there are more hints of wealth or growth. The mostly typical indication of this are the three ships sailing into port (the figure’s “ships have come in”).
The promise of the Two of Wands has led to the payoff in the Three of Wands. A project you started is progressing quite well and you’ll be seeing the fruits of it soon. Be patient! The reward for hard work is coming. There’s also an insinuation that risks may have needed to be taken to get your project or enterprise to the next level. That can make the waiting harder, but it will be worth it in the end. There may be opportunities for more expansion once this project is complete.
